"I have engaged the services of Rushby Builders Ltd. over the last 18 years through the London Borough of Hackney's select list process ranging from competitive tenders, negotiated tenders, emergency repairs, etc.

The contracts have been for Public Buildings, Social Housing, Parks, Depots but with the majority being on Educational Properties with the later projects being with The Learning Trust due to the transfer of Schools from the Local Authority.

Whilst Rushby Builders Ltd. have excellent record towards cost predictability, quality control and construction knowledge the attitude towards Health and Safety is of paramount importance when working on Educational Establishments.

Rushby Builders Ltd. have undertaken a large amount of schemes and are experienced and sensitive to the safety and comfort of the pupils, staff and visitors.  Mr Rushby personally supervises all schemes and liases constantly with site users.  The operatives are equally well skilled, experienced and supervised.

The contracts awarded to Rushby Builders Ltd. have ranged in size up to approximately £250,000 for a major refurbishment of a School and would recommend that Rushby Builders Ltd. are suitably qualified and capable of undertaking projects of this type."
