The works comprise of the refurbishment of 18 No. flats which entails stripping out of kitchens, bathrooms, internal doors and floor finishes and replacing with new, renewing windows, upgrading of the electrical wiring and works to the central heating.

Creation of new flats and communal areas involving internal re-modelling, removing doors and frames, glazed partitions, demolition to side extension mono pitched roof, construction of additional storey and new timber mono pitched roof incorporating structural steel works.  Creation of new layout with internal partition walls, new floors, floor and wall finishes.  Landscaping and drainage works to accommodate new layout.

The photograph above shows the building after the addition of the new second storey and new mono pitched roof to the side extension, the ground and first floors being of the original construction.
