New floor slab, internal walls to suit layout, new roof timbers and coverings, new doors, windows, re-wire, central heating, finishes, etc. all consistent with a complete refurbishment scheme. In undertaking the design, Matthew Lloyd Architects have considered Health & Safety along with future maintenance of the property as a key stage of the design process. Through this process along with planning considerations, traditional construction methods have been employed along with the selection of common place building materials widely used in the construction industry.
